- Is this the official website?
- No. This is an independent planning guide, not affiliated with any attraction or its operator.
- Do you sell tickets?
- No. Timed entry is explained here; tickets are handled by the operator. There is no checkout on this site.
- What if I came from an advertisement?
- You are still on an independent planning guide. An ad is not a box office. The Privacy Policy is the same either way.
- How long is the flight ride?
- About eight minutes of film after the cabin is up, plus a pre-show. Plan the walk and the wait as well as the seats.
- Height for a child?
- 102 centimetres. Under that they do not load. I marked it on a post. Near-misses do not get a pass.
- Motion sickness?
- Possible. If a large-format cinema bothers you, expect that feeling times three. The seats move. Look at a still point in the dome, or leave during the pre-show.
- Fear of heights?
- Skip it. You are hanging and the floor is gone. The plaza has a solid deck and the same view of the water.
- How do I get there?
- Waterfront Station, about five minutes on foot. Follow the water. The sails are the landmark.
- Saturday?
- Busy. Even with a timed slot you will queue. Weekday mornings are kinder.
- Can you move my slot?
- No. I have no terminal. Write to the operator on their channels. Mail here is for the guide.
